Welcome to my travel, training and inspiration blog utochspring.com (means out and run in Swedish). As a true traveler, training lover and fan of adventures, me Pernilla Bredolt will at this blog share travel stories and memories that I have created around the world.

My name is Pernilla Bredolt and I live in central Stockholm, Sweden. Although I am Swedish I feel like a world citizen. During my life I have spent quite a lot of time abroad, living in the US, Singapore, South Korea, Germany and Norway.

This blog is not about perfection but it is written from my heart. I do take my pictures with my iPhone and if something is sponsored I will let you know. I am a native Swedish speaker but the posts are written in English or Swedish dependent on what I feel for.
